We are looking for an experienced European Labour Relations Expert to join our team at Meta. In this role, you will be responsible for providing labour relations support across the EMEA region.

About the Job:
  • Build strong relationships with Works Councils, unions and other employee/labour representatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners and business leaders on labour relations matters
  • Design and implement labour relations strategies aligned with legal partners and business objectives
  • Support labour relations compliance needs
  • Execute operational tasks related to labour agreements and local legislation
  • Lead specific labour relations projects
Key Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of relevant labour relations experience, with expertise in EU labour law
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
