Lead Financial Strategist Opportunity

Our organization seeks an experienced Lead Financial Strategist to spearhead the development of strategic plans that drive continuous revenue growth and margin improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and oversee financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver financial performance in line with annual projections.
  • Direct and own the annual financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Provide timely and accurate financial reporting, including clear and concise written and verbal presentations to executive stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Degree-educated or equivalent, with a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
  • Proven track record of financial leadership and delivery of financial performance at a regional level.
  • Experience leading finance teams and owning P&L delivery in the consumer goods sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen and appreciation of challenges in growing businesses in e-commerce and retail environments.
