Job Title: Electrician – Dublin, Ireland

The role of an electrician in a maintenance team is to carry out routine and emergency work on electrical systems and equipment. This involves the installation, testing and repair of electrical equipment, as well as ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and within defined timescales.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing routine inspections and maintenance tasks on electrical equipment
  • Responding to emergency calls and repairing electrical faults
  • Carrying out tests and inspections on electrical equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Repairing and replacing faulty or damaged electrical equipment
  • Liaising with clients and other teams to ensure that work is completed efficiently and effectively


Person Specification:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Methodical and analytical approach to work
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask


Requirements:
  • Relevant trade qualifications (City & Guilds or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as an electrician
  • Clean driving license


Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
