Job Title: Client Portfolio Manager

The role of a Client Portfolio Manager is to manage and develop client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple clients, overseeing their campaigns from setup to completion.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve client objectives, while maintaining company standards.
  • Analyse reporting results, identifying areas for improvement and providing insights to stakeholders.
  • Lead a team, motivating and managing them to deliver exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with support services, including Finance, HR, Recruitment & L&D, and Marketing.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in retail/FMCG.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong IT skills, including Excel and Microsoft tools.
