Key Account Manager Position

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of the client management team, you will be responsible for managing clients' activities and ensuring their objectives are met within company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Full project management of client campaigns from setup to operations and full reporting
  2. Ensuring client account objectives are achieved while continuously building and developing client relationships
  3. Responding to client requests in a timely manner with effective communication and problem-solving skills

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role preferably in retail or FMCG
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
