Job Title: Technical Account Manager

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in Enterprise Mobility, Windows Server, and MS SQL to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and deliver technical solutions that meet project deliverables and enhance the overall mobility experience for customers.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service standards.
  • Provide expert guidance on SOTI MobiControl Mobile Device Management Software Solutions, including software installation, application configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and develop strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in advanced technical positions, direct customer advocacy, and engagement experience in post-sales or professional services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent analytical abilities.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and train users on SOTI software.
  • Excellent English and French verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive approach with ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
