About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Python Developer to join our team. As a key member of our quantitative study environment, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-quality software applications that support our trading strategies.

Job Summary:
  • Develop and maintain Python-based platforms for quantitative researchers to interact efficiently with trading systems.
  • Collaborate with traders, quantitative researchers, and strategy developers to facilitate new trading behaviors.
  • Maintain production-quality data pipelines using large datasets.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in Python development, including expertise in the Python scientific stack.
  • Experience with distributed message-based systems and server-side software development.
  • Full software development life cycle experience and exposure to agile software development methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with quantitative researchers and other engineers.
