Enterprise Data Migration Professional

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with S/4HANA data structures and migration tools, along with a strong understanding of business processes and data governance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the end-to-end data migration strategy for SAP S/4HANA projects. Key milestones include extracting data from legacy systems, transforming it into conformant S/4HANA formats, and loading it into production environments.
  • Utilize ETL tools like SAP BODS, LSMW, or SAP Data Services to streamline data extraction, transformation, and loading processes. Implement data quality controls to ensure accurate data conversions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define mapping rules, establish data governance policies, and implement reconciliation procedures.
  • Conduct thorough data cleansing, enrichment, validation, and reconciliation activities to meet project quality standards and business expectations.
  • Support critical data cutover planning, mock migrations, and post-go-live issue resolution initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP data migration, with at least one full-cycle S/4HANA migration project under your belt.
  • Profound knowledge of S/4HANA data models, master data objects, and transactional data elements.
  • Proficiency in SAP migration tools such as BODS, LSMW, LTMC, or third-party ETL solutions is essential.
  • Experience with data quality assurance, reconciliation, and audit processes, as well as excellent communication skills, are highly valued.
