Service Director Opportunity

Cpl Healthcare is seeking an experienced Service Director to lead our Social Care services in Cork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support operational managers in service delivery, governance, and compliance.
  • Ensure services align with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Manage performance, resource allocation, and financial controls.
  • Foster a person-centred approach in line with our clients' Model of Care.
  • Drive team collaboration and effective communication across stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Holds a qualification in Social Care or a relevant field.
  • Has significant experience in managing complex health or social care services.
  • Exhibits strong leadership skills with a track record in team management and development.
  • Demonstrates proven ability in budget oversight, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Displays excellent communication, decision-making, and relationship-building skills.
  • Is fully eligible to work in Ireland and has access to transport for the role.
