Site Operations Manager - Fit Out

We are seeking a skilled Site Operations Manager to lead and manage high-profile fit-out projects in Limerick. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all aspects of project delivery, working closely with clients, architects, and subcontractors.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the installation of fit-out projects in the Limerick area, ensuring they meet client specifications.
  • Lead and motivate on-site staff and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations and efficient project completion.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines and conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
  • Foster effective communication between project stakeholders, including clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Implement health and safety regulations and ensure compliance on-site.
Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Site Manager in fit-out projects or similar roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field are beneficial.
  • A full Irish Driver's license is required.
