Senior Clinical Trial Manager Job Description

This role involves overseeing the clinical portion of trials, developing effective monitoring strategies, and driving enrollment to meet project objectives.

  • Developing Monitoring Plans: Create comprehensive plans to ensure effective study oversight.
  • Ensuring Timely Study Start-Up & Enrollment: Drive enrollment and lead study start-up activities, adhering to timelines.
  • Improving Study Integrity: Review trip reports and implement corrective action plans when necessary.
  • Building Productive Relationships: Foster relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 4+ years of experience in a Clinical Trial Management position at a CRO or Pharmaceutical Organization. They should hold a Bachelor's degree in health, life sciences, or other relevant fields of study and have at least 10+ years of relevant experience in clinical trial management. Fluency in English is essential.
