MEDICAL DEVICE ENGINEERING PROFESSIONAL

Pale Blue Dot Recruitment is seeking a skilled Medical Device Engineering Professional to join our team. As a member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing hardware systems that incorporate wireless communication, neuromodulation, and physiological sensing.

This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge medical technologies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the development of innovative products.


About the Position:

  • Develop and implement design strategies for new and existing products.
  • Collaborate with Product Development teams to design, build, and test current and next-generation medical devices.
  • Work closely with manufacturing and quality teams to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Investigate hardware failures from the field and participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Design, develop, and validate custom PCBA test equipment for internal product testing.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain expertise in relevant technical areas, including digital and analog circuit design, embedded systems development, and quality systems.
  • Participate in project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Manufacturing, and Quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging trends, and regulatory requirements.
