A Research Impact Manager position has become available in our organization.
This role will play a critical part in supporting the delivery of our mission, particularly in facilitating the translation of research into impactful applications. The successful candidate will have experience in developing and implementing impact strategies, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate will be able to work at a strategic level while also driving daily execution. They will have strong relationships with researchers, stakeholders, and policymakers, and be able to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
This is an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified individual to lead and influence highly ambitious and potentially high-impact research programmes.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop opportunities to support research teams in translating their work into meaningful and relevant outcomes.
- Design, develop and deliver initiatives and interventions to enhance the impact of research.
- Assess the effectiveness of impact initiatives and implement plans for continuous improvement.
- Hold a third-level qualification in a relevant discipline.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience, ideally in translational research or research commercialisation.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining high-level relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Competitive salary range €81,475 to €100,064 per annum.
- 30 days annual leave per annum, plus additional public holidays.
