We are seeking an experienced Director to join our team and lead our efforts in developing and implementing strategies for our national research infrastructure. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of our key performance indicators, securing funding, and building relationships with stakeholders.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Develop and implement strategies to meet our mission and vision.
- Deliver our key performance indicators as outlined in our Service Level Agreement with our funders.
- Secure funding for our research infrastructure and develop new funding sources.
- Maintain good governance practices, including reporting to the DRI Board and building relationships with board members.
- Maintain strong lines of communication and consultation between DRI partners.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent leadership skills, experience in managing teams, and a strong understanding of digital preservation and open science principles. You should also be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and build relationships.
