Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with the Group's vision and business objectives
  • Leverage the rich heritage of Kerrygold to create compelling brand storytelling
  • Drive brand growth and penetration in key markets through targeted marketing initiatives
  • Implement a digital-first mindset to enhance the brand's online presence and customer engagement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in senior marketing leadership roles within the Dairy and/or FMCG/Food industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful global marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of the dairy or FMCG industry, with experience in premium brand management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into action
  • Excellent commercial and financial acumen
  • Successful track record of developing people and leading high-performing teams
  • Ability to comprehend and manage in an international context with differing market dynamics
