Job Title: General Operator

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our client's production team in Shannon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify, record, and approve incoming kits for production.
  • Prepare packaging lines, complete box/line clearance records, and maintain accurate batch records.
  • Operate automated packing machines, follow safety procedures, and keep machines clean and well-maintained.
  • Carry out in-process checks to ensure quality standards are met, pack inner boxes into outer cartons, and label them clearly.
  • Prepare cartons for dispatch, complete shipment paperwork, and release finished product from production.
  • Work closely with the Quality Systems Coordinator and track KPIs to measure production efficiency.
  • Monitor product flow, ensuring all documentation meets GMP/GDP standards.

Essential Requirements:

  • Prior experience in production, manufacturing, or packaging environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures accurately.
  • Familiarity with Health & Safety practices and flexibility to work day and evening shifts.
  • Basic computer skills for recording and completing documentation.
  • Good communication skills and a reliable work ethic.
