Electrical Engineering Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team. As an Associate Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for reviewing technical designs, enhancing functionality, and ensuring effective collaboration between teams.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing technical designs to ensure that design and scope are fully understood
  • Enhancing functionality and costs on projects
  • Ensuring effective collaboration between M&E teams
  • Leading high-performing teams, championing quality assurance, and meeting deadline targets
  • Monitoring costs and innovating to minimize expenses within the organization
  • Liaising with senior management when new industry trends and products emerge

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Honours degree - Chartered (an advantage, but not essential)
  • 10+ years of recognized expertise within the sector (electrical engineering and data centres or industrial/high-tech and commercial)
  • 3+ years' experience in people management, managing multidisciplinary teams (consultants and engineers, etc.)
  • 3+ years' project management experience, overseeing both electrical and mechanical engineering projects
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well with employees at all levels of the organization
