Job Profile

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Branch Assistant

This role will involve providing cover across all our branches in the area – including Clonroche, Kilmuckridge, Bunclody & Taghmon.

The responsibilities of this role will extend to counter sales and covering the yard and other ad hoc requests from the relevant branch manager on the day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver top quality, fast, efficient and friendly service at all times
  • Build trusting relationships with our customers and provide excellent service and advice
  • Have an interest in and understanding of our product range and services
  • Maintain that the shop, yard and work environment are clean and well maintained at all times
  • Be able to work in the shop and store yard as and when needed
Requirements
  • Retail experience preferable with an interest in Agri sector
  • A friendly outgoing personality, excellent customer service skills and ambition to deliver beyond customers' expectation
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills as well ability to work on own initiative
  • Ability to multitask and to consistently deliver high standard quality work in a busy environment
Desired Skills
  • Ideal candidate would have an agricultural or farming background (desirable)
  • A forklift licence is desirable
