Job Role

We are seeking an ambitious and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Country Branch Assistant in the Wexford area. This role offers the opportunity to provide cover across multiple branches, encompassing counter sales, yard duties, and ad hoc requests from branch managers. The successful candidate will be expected to collaborate effectively with colleagues, prioritize tasks efficiently, and deliver exceptional service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-quality, fast, efficient, and friendly service at all times to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Build trusting relationships with customers and offer expert advice on our product range and services.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to enhance the customer experience.
  • Ensure that the shop, yard, and work environment remain clean and well-maintained throughout the working day.
  • Flexibly work in the shop and store yard as required, responding promptly to changing situations.
Essential Requirements:
  • Prior retail experience is desirable, particularly within the agricultural sector.
  • A charismatic personality, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to excel beyond customer expectations.
  • Effective teamwork and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • The ability to multitask, think critically, and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
