Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of equipment in operation at our facility.

The Maintenance Expert will liaise with external contractors for the maintenance and repair of equipment, as well as utilize preventative maintenance systems to ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and breakdown repair of moulding equipment
  • Troubleshooting equipment/plant problems with Production Managers
  • Establishing relationships with customers and suppliers for continuous improvement
  • Scheduling and facilitating internal meetings to establish priorities and assign tasks
Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's Degree Engineering preferred
  • Minimum 3 years experience in troubleshooting manufacturing equipment
Preferred Skills:
  • Sound knowledge of CMMS and MS Office
  • Able to comply with company safety and quality policies
Travel Requirements:5%: Up to 13 business days per yearPhysical Requirements:Medium-Exerting up to 50lb/22kg of force occasionally and/or up to 20lbs/9kg of force frequently, and/or up to 10lbs/4kgs of force constantly to move objects.Additional Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift 35 lbs. continuously and up to 75 lbs. occasionally, with or without assistance.
