About the Role

We are seeking a Product Lead to join our team. As a Product Lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional product placement and creating impressive wearable outfits.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining high visual standards with the customer experience in mind.
  • Managing store operations confidently, including service, team, and daily tasks.
  • Empowering your team to prioritize customer experience in all decisions.
  • Using commercial tools effectively to support store performance.
  • Assisting the Store Leader in achieving KPIs such as sales, stock loss, payroll, conversion, and customer feedback.
  • Helping ensure health & safety standards are met.
  • Supporting the development of a motivated, engaged, and valued team.

  • A strong commercial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent fashion knowledge and skills in visual merchandising.
  • The ability to adapt quickly to change and solve problems effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills, turning data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in leading and motivating a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store.
  • Results-driven approach, always looking for sales opportunities.
  • Understanding of customer needs and preferences.
