Key Responsibilities

As a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Promoting a high standard of Safety and Housekeeping to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Evaluating and enforcing adherence to quality and control standards within Manufacturing areas.
  • Providing front-line supervision for Team Members to ensure production targets are met.
  • Developing and delivering effective training plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Motivating and developing Team members to create a positive production environment and maximize production capability and flexibility to changing needs.

You will also communicate effectively with Team, Equipment technicians, and Process engineering groups to achieve manufacturing goals.
