CareerWise Recruitment is currently recruiting an Evening Shift Production Supervisor for a leading food manufacturing client based in County Limerick. This is a permanent position with full responsibility for supervising the evening production shift, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and in line with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and oversee the evening production plan to align with sales and order forecasts
  • Plan and manage staffing levels to support production requirements
  • Coordinate raw material orders from the warehouse based on production needs
  • Deliver staff training and re-training where required, and identify ongoing training needs
  • Prepare and submit daily production reports
  • Compile and present production KPIs at weekly Operations Meetings
  • Liaise with HR on employee-related matters
  • Supervise production team to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of orders

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' proven experience in a supervisory or people management role
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team coordination skills
  • Experience in a food processing environment is a distinct advantage

Shift Pattern:

  • Monday to Thursday: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
  • Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
