Job Title: Production Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced production supervisor to join our expanding team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the production process and supervising and controlling production operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment. You will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team to meet daily/weekly production plan demands.

You will be responsible for assessing project and resource requirements, ensuring continuous improvement through structured problem-solving activities, and monitoring KPIs and health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production supervision and control.
  • Team management and motivation.
  • Project and resource assessment.
  • Continuous improvement through problem-solving.
  • KPI and health and safety monitoring.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role within manufacturing/engineering.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Able to assess project and resource requirements.
  • Skilled in continuous improvement through problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with MRP systems and production planning.
