Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a Customer Service Representative role.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, handling inbound calls and emails, and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

As a key member of our team, you will be expected to work well under pressure, multitask with strong attention to detail, and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.

We are looking for a self-motivated and organized individual who is able to work collaboratively with others to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls and emails into the department and respond with a high level of professionalism.
  • Issue all order fulfillment processes for all markets served by the department.
  • Complete final checking processes when creating customer orders & invoices.
  • Manage proof of deliveries & deal with customer returns and complaints
  • Provide a high level of administrative support to the department.
Requirements
  • Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines.
  • Team player who will work with others to achieve company goals.
  • Be self-motivated.
  • Excellent organisational, planning and administrative skills.
