
Senior Customer Experience Manager

We are looking for a Senior Customer Operations Specialist to join our Claims team.
This is a fixed term contract based full time role in either our Dublin or Navan offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely processing of tasks and adapt to new tasks when required.
- Maintain adherence to policies and procedures across various products and business lines.
- Identify risks and bring them to management attention in a timely manner.
- Show a continuous improvement and innovative thinking mindset.
- Bring ideas and improvements to the table and operate a can-do attitude.
- Complete tasks efficiently, considering end-to-end timelines, first point resolution, removal of waste, customer effort, and costs.
- Use initiative for problem-solving and identifying improvement measures.
- Enhance customer experience by identifying opportunities.
- Support strategic projects and initiatives as required.
- Train and share knowledge with junior members and support their growth.
- Familiarize yourself with team volumes, metrics, and reporting on MI.
- Provide support to junior members where needed.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, clients, and intermediaries.

- Deliver best practice in operational process and service delivery.
