Key Role in Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing
About the PositionThis is a leadership position that oversees site instrumentation systems. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and driving reliability improvements to maximize equipment performance.
- Oversight of calibration programs and representation during audits.
- Ownership of all site instrumentation systems including troubleshooting, upgrades, obsolescence, and maintenance.
- Maintenance of global standards for reliability strategies.
- Analysis of predictive monitoring data and follow-up actions.
- Development and upkeep of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and job plans.
To be successful in this position, you will need:
- A degree in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in maintenance/engineering preferably in the pharma/regulated industry.
- Strong knowledge of EU directives and international standards.
- Expertise in troubleshooting, calibration systems, and equipment reliability.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
