Medical Scientist in Histology Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Scientist with expertise in histology to join our esteemed organisation in Dublin, Ireland.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment, conducting a broad spectrum of histology tests, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting histology tests to diagnose and identify disease-related conditions
  • Maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting laboratory equipment
  • Ensuring strict adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations
  • Analysing and interpreting complex test results with high accuracy
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Collaborating effectively with healthcare teams to deliver superior patient care
Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • CORU registration
  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science or related field
  • Extensive experience in histology and laboratory testing
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
