Farm Machinery Parts Specialist Job Description

The Farm Machinery Parts Specialist is a key leadership role that drives sales and profitability in our agricultural store. This individual will lead a high-performing team to achieve ambitious sales targets, maximize profitability, and cultivate strong customer relationships.

Key Duties:
  • Drive Sales & Profitability: Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
  • Cultivate Customer Relationships: Build long-term relationships with valued customers, providing exceptional service and expert advice.
  • Empower Your Team: Inspire and develop the team through regular feedback, training, and performance reviews.
  • Optimize Store Operations: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, service, parts, inventory management, and purchasing.
  • Enhance the Customer Experience: Create a welcoming and professional store environment that exceeds customer expectations.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: A successful track record in retail sales and parts ordering within the agricultural sector.
  • In-Depth Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of farm machinery, equipment, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional Communication & Leadership: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
