Job Title: Technical Content Developer

As a technical content developer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality documentation that enables customers to use our products effectively.

  • Develop comprehensive documentation sets that cover all aspects of product functionality and usage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify content gaps and deliver meaningful materials that support customer success.
  • Lead the development of onboarding content strategies that empower customers to achieve their goals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough research and analysis to create accurate and informative content that meets customer needs.
  2. Apply technical writing principles to simplify complex systems and processes, making them accessible to diverse audiences.
  3. Work closely with subject-matter experts to ensure content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with evolving product functionality.
Requirements:
  • 7-8 years of experience in technical writing or developer documentation, with a focus on API-driven ecosystems and B2B/B2C technical products.
  • Proven ability to develop documentation that supports self-service adoption, reduces support load, and improves customer experience.
  • Strong technical foundation, ideally with a background in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
