Job Title: Short-Form Video Producer

We are looking for a skilled short-form video producer to join our team and help shape and scale our presence across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.

About the Role:
  • This role will involve creating high-quality short-form videos on a daily basis.
  • You will be responsible for managing a production process that results in one high-quality short-form video per day.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement a production strategy that meets our content goals.
  2. Collaborate with external creators and contractors to increase efficiency.
  3. Analyze data and adapt our content strategy accordingly.
  4. Stay up-to-date with social media trends and algorithm updates.
  5. Produce and explore opportunities for collaborations with creators.
Requirements:
  • Strong storytelling and scripting skills with a sharp eye for attention-grabbing hooks, structure, and CTAs.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing video performance and social media metrics.
  • Familiarity with editing tools like CapCut or InShot.
  • Ability to stay current with best practices, and algorithm updates.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools for content creation (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Descript).
  • Experience with SEO and metadata optimization to improve discoverability and reach.
  • On-set or remote shoot experience including camera, lighting, and audio basics.
