Bar Team Lead

Lead a well-established bar team in a high-end setting renowned for its exceptional service, world-class guest experience, and picturesque location.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of the daily operations of the hotel's bar and beverage outlets.
  • Training, leading, and motivating the bar team to deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Maintenance of high standards of hygiene, presentation, and customer service.
  • Efficient management of stock control, ordering, and inventory systems.
  • Creation of seasonal beverage menus and cocktail offerings in collaboration with the team.
  • Monitoring and controlling labour costs and profitability.
  • Ensuring all health, safety, and licensing regulations are strictly adhered to.
  • Collaboration with senior management on promotional events and service improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of premium beverages, cocktails, and wine, coupled with a passion for guest satisfaction. Proven experience in a similar role within a 4* or 5* hotel or high-end hospitality environment is required. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential for success in this challenging yet rewarding position.
