Bar Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent high-quality service and developing a premium drinks program.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our Director of F&B to create seasonal and signature drink menus in conjunction with suppliers and mixologists.
  • Conduct tastings, training sessions, and quality checks to maintain high standards.
  • Hire, train, and lead bartenders and support staff.
  • Organize training on mixology, product knowledge, and guest service.
  • Manage revenue goals, overall bar profits, and monitor stock levels.
  • Review sales reports and introduce promotions or upselling strategies.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience running a bar in an upscale or luxury setting, with strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, spirits, and premium beverage service. Experience with POS and inventory systems is essential.
