We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our engineering group at Qualcomm.

Main Responsibilities
  • Apply technical expertise in software design, development, creation, modification, and validation of embedded and cloud edge software, applications, and/or specialized utility programs.
  • Analyze user needs and software requirements to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Design and implement small software features for products and systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.
  • Participate in the design, coding, unit testing, minor debugging fixes, and integration efforts to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
  • Assist in performing code reviews and regression tests as well as the triaging of issues to ensure the quality of code.
  • Collaborate with others inside project teams to accomplish project objectives.
  • Write technical documentation for Software projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years experience with C/C++, or demonstrated proficiency in tools and/or application development with C#, Rust, or Go.
  • Experience developing graphics applications with Vulkan, DirectX, Metal, OpenGL, WebGL or graphics development through Unity, Unreal Engine, or a comparable graphics or game engine.
  • Experience developing GPU computing applications with OpenCL, CUDA, SYCL etc.
  • Experience debugging, optimizing, profiling, and tuning real-time graphics and/or compute applications.
  • Familiarity with Graphics Profilers and Debuggers such as Nsight, PIX, GPA, RenderDoc.
