About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about Hebrew language and culture. You will be responsible for reviewing and investigating reported issues related to sensitive content, as well as enforcing client's Terms of Use.

You will work collaboratively with our global team to develop strategies for improving user experience and identifying trends and patterns that may impact our community standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Review and investigate reported issues related to sensitive content
  2. Enforce client's Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse on the site
  3. Become knowledgeable about client's products and community standards
  4. Develop scalable solutions to improve support for our community of users
  5. Analyse data to develop ways to improve user experience
  6. Evaluate and escalate issues outside company policy to the global team
