Job Overview

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and efficient work environment by adhering to strict safety protocols and procedures.
  • Operate equipment in accordance with manufacturer instructions and established guidelines.
  • Record data, inspect equipment, perform minor maintenance tasks, and report any malfunctions or trends that indicate possible issues.
  • Understand key process variables and their impact on the operation, as well as how to control and troubleshoot them effectively.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a secondary education qualification or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in operating steam plants, heavy industrial machinery, or demonstrated mechanical aptitude is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical procedures and operating instructions is essential.
