
Senior Supply Chain Coordinator

This is a full-time permanent role that involves maintaining responsibility for strategic planning and facilitating the planning process to ensure stock coverage for each product as required.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain full responsibility for planning strategic APIs.
- Facilitate the planning process to ensure accurate forecasting, purchasing, and supply of starting materials and finished products.
- Comply with corporate requirements for stock management, including safety stock.
- Ensure timely review of planning results to confirm all risks are adequately mitigated and reported to management.
- Process and analyze MPS and MRP reports to inform business decisions.
- Ensure regulatory compliance through close monitoring of Register database and reporting any issues to management.
- Work closely with the corporate supply chain team, including liaison with Toll Manufacturing sites and provision of accurate forecasts to facilitate capacity planning.
- Make full use of relevant software systems such as APO, MDM, and Register to enhance the planning function.
- Use APO as intended for planning and managing amendments.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
- 5+ years experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey information and ideas effectively.
- Tactful and confident at all levels both internal and external.
- Passion for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to read and interpret documents including contracts and agreements.
- Ability to write clearly and informatively.
- High standard of technical documentation and presenting numerical data effectively.
- Demonstrate an aptitude for process improvement.
- Maintain an advanced working knowledge of software systems including Office, Ross, SAP APO, MDM, and Register.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends in data.
- Excellent cross-functional and cross-language communication skills.
