Job Overview

elexes is seeking a highly skilled Senior Planner to join our team. This role will be responsible for planning strategic APIs and ensuring stock coverage for each product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain full responsibility for the planning of strategic APIs.
  • Facilitate the planning process to ensure stock coverage for each product as required, including safety stock.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate requirements for the forecasting, purchasing, and supply of starting materials and finished products.
  • Monitor regulatory compliance of API and finished products through close monitoring of the Register database.
  • Work closely with the corporate supply chain team, including Toll Manufacturing sites, and provide accurate forecasts to facilitate capacity planning.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information and ideas effectively.
  • Tactful and confident at all levels, both internal and external.
  • Passion for data analysis, trending analysis, and reporting.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, including contracts and agreements.
  • Ability to write clearly and informatively.
  • High standard of technical documentation, routine reports, correspondence, procedures, and workflows, as well as presenting numerical data effectively.
