Milk Supply Team Graduate Role Overview

This challenging and fast-moving role offers graduates the opportunity to develop areas such as on-farm interactions, technical knowledge of the dairy industry, and project management.

Responsibilities:

  • Gain experience across the milk supply function, including managing on-farm milk quality and compliance with regulations.
  • Work closely with the milk supply manager team, gaining experience in one-to-one farmer engagement and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate on project work with the wider Tirlán functions, including agribusiness, transport, and Q&C.
  • Develop skills in on-farm interactions, technical knowledge of the dairy industry, and project management.
  • Own and improve processes with the support of the regional manager.

Requirements:

  • High academic record in agricultural science, agribusiness, or related disciplines, with a minimum 2.2 honours primary degree.
  • Ambition to progress successfully in a career in agribusiness.
  • Ability to drive collaboration and build partnerships to meet shared objectives.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.
  • Thirst for knowledge and desire to continually learn and grow.
  • Analytical skills with ability to develop creative insights and execute change.
