A Day in the Life
  • Undertake complex product design activities with a focus on precision and innovation.
  • Conceptualize and prototype cutting-edge solutions.
  • Design and develop components using diverse manufacturing processes, ensuring optimal results.
  • Analyze data to determine suitability of design concepts, driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor junior engineering staff, fostering growth and development within the team.
  • Apply risk-based decision-making to ensure effective design processes.
  • Elevate the efficiency of Design Control deliverables, meeting deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality.
  • Pursue knowledge current with emerging technologies, solidifying your position as an industry expert.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering and 1 year of experience in mechanical product development, ideally with expertise in DRM and the medical device sector.
  • A genuine interest in statistical design analysis, finite element analysis, and 3D modeling.
  • Demonstrable experience in plastic injection molding and complex mechanical system design.
