Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement IT rollout strategies for large-scale and small-scale technology changes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define strategy, roadmap, and rollout initiatives that support adoption
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance user adoption and proficiency
• Build and maintain relationships with technical support teams and end users
• Schedule and facilitate program workshops with engineers and follow up on testing, findings, and takeaways

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in a technical program coordination or similar role
• Proven track record of delivering programs or events with multiple stakeholders involved
• Strong stakeholder management and understanding of user research skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience adapting tone and messaging to your audience
