ABA Therapist Job

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate ABA therapist to join our dynamic team of professionals.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families. As an ABA therapist, you will be responsible for implementing individualized applied behavior programming under the direction of a BCBA, including direct 1:1 ABA therapy.

  • Implement individualized behavioral programs for clients with ASD.
  • Teach ABA, social, and daily living skills to individuals with ASD.
  • Effectively respond to and minimize difficult or disruptive behaviors.
  • Create a fun, motivating environment that generates high levels of performance for every individual.
  • Collect data on behavioral programming targets and utilize online systems to track progress.
  • Provide support to parents, teachers, and caregivers to make the most of their efforts in making our programs universal across all areas of the child's environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience working with children with ASD and their families.
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
  • Ability to implement individualized behavioral programs under the direction of a BCBA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
