Job Title: Test Manager (Intermediate)

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Test Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end testing of systems and maintaining quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with Systems Development and ICT Teams, business users, and future customers to oversee end-to-end testing of systems (case management and portal) and maintain quality assurance processes.
  • Establish and manage test processes using JIRA, Testrail, and Microsoft Office for management and control of testing.
  • Create test cases based on functional and non-functional specifications, including reliability, usability, security, etc.
  • Develop traceability records linking test cases to requirements.
  • Manage/test scripts, regression packs, and testing of new and amended software.
  • Specify requirements for environment, data, resources, and tools.
  • Interpret, execute, and document complex test scripts.
  • Record, analyze actions/results, and maintain a defect register.
  • Review and modify test plans as needed.
  • Specify test strategies to meet testing objectives.
  • Ensure software quality before UAT acceptance.
  • Provide progress, risk, and issue reports.
  • Collect metrics on test cases and system quality.
  • Support and advise others with testing expertise.
  • Develop documentation to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
