Job Opportunity:
A leading company is seeking an experienced Automation Lead to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has expertise in automation testing and wants to take on a leadership role.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in automation testing, with at least 3 years in a senior role. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as strong mobile and web testing abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of QA professionals, ensuring high performance and efficiency.
- Develop and execute a detailed testing strategy that aligns with the company's overall project goals.
- Collaborate with managers to ensure that the test plan meets the required standards.
- Deliver regular reports to stakeholders, discussing progress and addressing any issues identified.
- Mentor junior members of the team and assist with the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in automation testing (min 3 years in a senior role).
- In-depth knowledge of software testing (manual and automated testing tools).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong mobile and web testing abilities.
