About the Role

This is a pivotal position that supports clients through key financial due diligence transactions. As a Senior Manager, you will lead transaction-related projects, manage teams, and collaborate closely with senior leadership and clients to deliver high-quality advisory services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage due diligence engagements for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
  • Perform detailed financial analysis, including financial statement reviews, working capital analysis, and identifying key risks and opportunities.
  • Oversee the preparation of deliverables, including financial reports, presentations, and client communications.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, providing training, feedback, and guidance to support their development.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the transaction process.
  • Keep up to date with market trends, deal activity, and regulatory changes that may impact transactions.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in Transaction Services ideally within a Big4 firm or leading advisory firm.
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • Strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial statements and assess transaction risks. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing and mentoring teams, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable experience building and maintaining strong client relationships, with a client-centric approach to service delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify issues, risks, and opportunities in a transaction context.
  • In-depth understanding of the market, the deal process, and the regulatory environment.
