As we prepare for our 50th Anniversary in 2026, we seek an ambitious and motivated professional to join our team as Head of Fundraising.

This is a new role offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Fundraising expert to establish and develop a sustainable strategy that supports our purposeful and crucial services. You will be an excellent communicator with a passion for collaboration, partnership, and building relationships, and extensive experience driving income growth across diverse sources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy that drives revenue growth and supports our mission
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and community leaders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Manage and report on fundraising metrics and progress towards goals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or non-profit management
  • Proven experience in fundraising, with a focus on developing and implementing strategic plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and report on fundraising metrics
