The Role
As a Food & Beverage Assistant at Clayton Hotel Sligo, you will provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will:
- Greet regular guests by name, making them feel valued and appreciated.
- Maintain a working knowledge of food and wine, enabling you to make informed recommendations.
- Ensure a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor at all times.
- Upsell and maximise sales revenue whenever possible.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a 3/4 star hotel property, although not essential.
- Experience in a high volume/fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience with Micros would be advantageous.
- Availability during the week.
