We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our Finance Team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial management, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and driving business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly management accounts and provide detailed variance analysis
  • Lead the annual audit process and prepare financial statements for the group
  • Implement robust financial controls across all departments
  • Provide expert technical accounting advice across the business
  • Drive the automation of accounting processes to improve scalability
  • Implement new systems such as Microsoft Business Central and Power BI
  • Act as the primary business partner for divisional managers, guiding them to meet key KPIs

Requirements:

  • A fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA)
  • At least 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
  • Proven experience in people management and team development
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with business acumen
  • A commercial mindset, capable of delivering practical, actionable financial insights
