Enterprise Security Risk Management Associate Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to support our Enterprise Security Risk Management team. As an Associate Manager, you will oversee a team of analysts in a regional crisis management and intelligence center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Crisis Management and Intelligence Center (CMIC), ensuring quality control of all issued communications and products drafted by the Analyst team.
  • Operate, schedule, and evaluate CMIC performance, collaborating with other CMIC managers and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Work closely with US Office management teams, facilities, and property management to ensure effective operations.
  • Supervise Analysts who monitor real-time data and news to provide actionable intelligence, research and develop assessments on emerging threats, support emergency responses, conduct intelligence assessments for regional events, monitor CCTV and access control systems, and provide credentialing support.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in OSINT research and management.
  • A solid academic background.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of risk assessment principles.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools.
