Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dynamic Accounts Finance Professional to join our finance team on a short-term contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify and process incoming invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and organize accounts payable records, including invoice logging and filing systems.
  • Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to account balances.
  • Accurately charge expenses to the correct accounts and cost centres.
  • Promptly resolve purchase order, invoice, and payment queries.
  • Manage digital document storage and retrieval.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all financial information.
  • Take ownership of new tasks and actively contribute to the team's success.
